For those having trouble with the download still, another way is to first download the image, then save as onto your desktop or where ever you prefer. Then go to [link] and pick the browse option. Find the picture you downloaded and click it (twice if necessary). After that hit the go button and it should convert it into a icon format.

All I can download this as is a PNG image, I went into the properties of the image, but that was useless. Maybe this is because I am using Windows? I would appreciate it if someone found a way to change it to a Icon file.

if u open it into paint u can resave it as a png file then go here [link] and convert it to a ico then you just right click the folder your gonna change go to properties and then you should see the words customize, click that then go to change icon, select the picture you changed, apply and ta da :D
